  • Some 20 years ago, Mark joined forces with the late Douglas Adams to search for some of the most endangered animals on Earth. The subsequent best-selling book, Last Chance to See, has inspired a BBC-tv series, to be broadcast in 2009. Co-presented by Mark and Stephen Fry, filming kicked off in January 2008 in the Amazon, and their hunt for more endangered creatures has continued since October in Kenya, Uganda and Madagascar. Both our 2009 tours are full, there are still a few places available in February 2010 - and now we can offer another in April 2010. Book early to avoid missing out on this wonderful wildlife holiday of a lifetime (for a glimpse of what you may see, click here)

Atlantic Whale Foundation (AWF) volunteers have forwarded him as someone who has inspired them 'to take action and make a difference to our world, and is willing to stand up for what he believes, encouraging others to do the same'.
